Purpose :

Manage all the projects for franchise & retail projects.

Key Duties and Responsibilities:

Store project management (40%):

  • Following the global AD guideline and manage the designer and architect to do new shop layout and space planning, with an aim to enhance the store image and drive sales growth
  • Manage the approval process
  • Meet  the opening deadline & construction quality control                                               

CAPEX control (50%)

  • Align or below budget & last forecast                           

Store maintenance(10%)

  • Façade ( 2days), lighting & painting ( 1 week), furniture (2 weeks)  

Main skills, competencies and knowledge required:  

  • Education:College degree and above                          
  • Min. 5 years working experiences in similar position
  • Skilled user of Microsoft office, design software, proficiency in English
  • Strong skills in organisation, problem solving and time management, good communication skill, project management skill 
  • Shop design, construction, and space planning; architecture
