Salesforce Coordinator

Job Summary

The Salesforce Coordinator is responsible for leading the scoping, development, implementation and ongoing administration of our applications. Additionally, the Salesforce Coordinator is responsible for the ongoing training within the organization throughout all the branches.


Duties and Responsibilities:


  • Manage Panorama Destination Salesforce database
  • Collaborate with the Digital department’s Salesforce Contractor on web integration to ensure smooth


  • Regularly perform database de-duping and cleanup procedures
  • Manage ongoing support requests and administrative needs of users
  • Develop reports, dashboards and processes to continuously monitor data quality and integrity


Training and Documentation:

  • Develop and regularly update training plans, materials and documentation for database users
  • Coordinate new user as well as ongoing training sessions
  • Develop and communicate a schedule for future database releases/enhancements
  • Monitor user adoption rates and respond as needed (additional training sessions, communication, modifications or other resources) to improve
  • Assist users with report design and management



  • Define, communicate and manage a change management process to develop and implement new applications and update existing applications
  • Identify the technical and organizational infrastructure needed to support the database
  • Stay up-to-date on the latest technology releases, applications, integrations and opportunities
  • Define and monitor all licenses (models and usage)


Process Discovery and Management:

  • Work with various functions and end users to identify, document and communicate standard business processes as they relate to the database
  • Work with the management team to identify new and creative opportunities to leverage the database to support internal business processes or functions


Platform Integration:

  • Work with the technology / IT team to maintain existing integration with the Panorama Destination website and back office system as needed


Qualifications and Education:

  • BA or BS degree
  • Salesforce Administrator Certification
  • Excellent project management skills
  • 3+ years’ experience as a SFDC administrator
  • Proficient in data manipulation
  • Proven track record of achieving results
  • Ability to juggle multiple priorities simultaneously and take initiative
  • Understanding of integration scenarios and design
  • Strong documentation and training skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
  • Prior success working closely and building relationships with diverse groups of people
  • Prior experience in a fast-paced, growth-oriented organization
  • Ability and desire to travel as required
