The Role:

  • To manage business P&L and overall digital offerings
  • Create first class digital experiences that drive audience digital activation, partnership and collaboration with the business functions within the company
  • Take charge of all digital offerings/ campaigns, social media marketing, SEO,SEM, mobile
  • Responsible to develop this new department within the business, grow and nurture the team
  • Oversee all areas of client servicing, sales proposals, strategic and creative direction, costing and project management
  • To identify market opportunity to formulate business strategy for this new set up
  • Contributing to new business efforts and ensure that digital thinking is full integrated throughout


Skills Required: 

  • Strong digital experience/ understanding within media/ creative & digital agencySolid understanding of emerging technology
  • Business development skill to acquire new accounts
  • Possess strong interpersonal, business management, people management, and entrepreneurial skills
  • Ability to work independently and effectively without supervision
  • Someone who loves digital development & technology, always looking at new opportunities to enhance customer experience
  • Strong stakeholder management experience and able to present to C-level suite
  • Ability to work independently and effectively without supervision
  • Responsible, good time management, and disciplined
