The Role
Meltwater is
a B2B media intelligence software company focused on driving strategy with our existing clients. Our goal is to create positive, long-lasting relationships through customer engagement and consultation and grow together with outside insights.
This is a three-phase program designed to equip candidates for an international career in the technology business. We offer an accelerated career path to our employees who show the highest potential, with the speed of progression determined by how quickly you master the skillsets.
    • B2B Client Success Account Respresentative: Learning business value of online-media & Meltwater sales methodology, Full tech sales cycle, Engaging with C-Level Executives
    • Business Development Manager/ Senior Account Manager: People Management, Business Development & Sales Training
    • Managing Director: Fully responsible for a business on the international platform
Candidates will be placed either in a client-facing or new business acquisition stream. Both share the same career development opportunities and pace. They are exciting and challenging roles in one of our fantastic locations across Asia.
All Meltwater managers and senior executives have been developed through this management program. The program is designed to prepare each candidate for a career where they can contribute to our international organisation’s expansion across Asia Pacific.

Your Ideal Qualitications
  • University Degree of any disciplines with strong academic results
  • Fluent in written and spoken English and Mandarin
  • International exposure for work or study would be ideal
  • A passion for consultative sales, business development and entrepreneurship
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
  • A positive, driven, self-starter with natural leadership qualities
  • A proven ability to exceed expectations or targets in school or extra-cirricular activities
  • Candidate with ambitious internships experience or relevant professional sales experience, preferably, but not necessarily in a SaaS or similar technology solutions startup, digital, marketing agency would be highly preferred
