Currently we are looking for the Senior Sales Manager (Executive Level Position report to GM Sales).
S/he will manage a dynamic team and manage the entire spectrum of sales inclusive direct sales, telesales, retentions and churn management. S/he will play the business partnering role and assist in operational matters. S/he is also expected to business partner on strategic initiatives and ensures implementation of best practices and continuous improvements,
  • Serve as the expert and resource of market and product strategy development and execution. Driving top-line and bottom-line business results on key strategies and tactics for Via Indonesia ’s products portfolio, channels, promotion strategy, product life cycle management and recruitment life cycle.
  • Prime accountability for P/L and company business growth by monitoring sales team to achieve sales and margin targets. Managing team’s performance and improve team capability to understand the operational challenges with particular business opportunities as well as fully understand the strategic initiatives of the company.
  • Drive revenue and sales growth through the successful implementation new channel, new area expansion, new product development and other business opportunities.
